We have spent most of our careers in venture capital, working closely with the management teams of over 20 start-ups and scale-ups, both as operators and investors. Through this firsthand experience, we observed that even the most promising talent often faced significant barriers when entering the start-up world. While there’s an abundance of content and resources for aspiring entrepreneurs looking to launch their own ventures, there was a noticeable gap in support for those aiming to secure high-growth roles within existing start-ups. And with that, ScaleAcademy was born, to bridge this gap and guide the best talent into the start-up sector.
